International law firm Bird & Bird advised Logicenters (responsible for logistics investments for the Nordic real estate investment company Nrep), in the development project regarding development of approx. 8,000 sqm warehouse and office building in Vantaa nearby Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. As a part of the project Logicenters acquired a plot of approx. 19,000 sqm from Jatke Toimitilat Oy who will act as a main contractor in the project. In connection with the project Logicenters signed a long-term lease agreement with Puumerkki Oy. The project will be completed in summer 2025.
Our assignment included all legal advice and support for Logicenters. In the core of the arrangement was the agreement package consisting of the sale and purchase agreement regarding acquisition of the plot, the lease agreement and the construction contract regarding execution of the project.
