About Me
I am the head of our Real Estate and Infrastructure Group in Finland and wider Nordic level. My legal approach to client work is strategic, solution oriented and pragmatic.
I specialize in corporate, M&A, real estate and infrastructure matters as well as resolving disputes. I also advise our clients in data centre and other industrial development projects, including site acquisition, connectivity, construction, permitting, environmental and other legal matters.I also have considerable experience in sports and entertainment law. In this particular area my clients include Finland's leading organizers of concerts and motorsports events.
The business environment for our clients is increasingly complex and clients appreciate my experience in a wide array of matters - my legal approach is strategic but always also pragmatic. I am solution oriented and hold positions of trust, which provide me with insight into the latest legal trends in the business environment of our clients.
I am an active member of the Directors' Institute Finland and the Finnish Association for Arbitration. I'm also Chairman of the Real Estate Arm of the University of Helsinki, long standing member of the Court of Appeal at the Finnish Automobile Sports Federation and former member of the FIA's International Court of Appeal.
