Bird & Bird advised Capital Croissance on its investment in Aether FS

International law firm Bird & Bird has advised private equity firm Capital Croissance on its investment in Aether Financial Services, the French leader in the execution of financial transactions and the Agency market, through its Edelweiss Transition & Impact I vehicle.

Aether FS, which has experienced significant annual growth over the past 5 years and is approaching €8 million in turnover, aims to expand its offering in France and internationally thanks to the new support from Capital Croissance. Specialising in assisting clients in all sectors with the execution of financial transactions through the Private Debt & Capital Markets agency, valuation and calculation, and corporate & issuer services, the company now has more than 40 employees based in Paris and London.

The Bird & Bird team advising Capital Croissance on the corporate aspects included lead partner Félicien Bardsley, and associates Clémence Breuil and Ahmed Khlif. Partner Jessica Derocque and Orane Mikolajayk and Daphnée Raffard advised on the financing aspects.  

Aether FS was advised by Proskauer, with a team comprising Jeremy Scemama, Vanessa Hamiane and Philippine Rakover.
