Bird & Bird ATMD has advised The Carlyle Group backed international digital marketing agency, Incubeta Holdings, on its acquisition of Persuasion Technologies, a Google Cloud Platform-certified firm in the APAC region.

With the acquisition Incubeta expects to enhance its capabilities in leveraging advanced analytics and cloud technology to redefine marketing performance and campaign optimization to drive a new era of marketing effectiveness powered by AI, Data Science and Advanced Analytics, establish a center of excellence for marketing AI Google Cloud in the APAC region, and support its clients gain new insights, and make better, and more informed choices through advanced use of customer data.
