I regularly advise international and domestic clients on regional and cross border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign direct investment, corporate restructuring and general commercial and regulatory matters.

My experience includes advising institutional investors and government entities, as well as clients in the technology, financial services, retail and consumer, and telecommunications sectors.

I'm fluent in Arabic and English.

I'm admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.

• Assisted a NYSE listed American enterprise engaged in providing information management services in its acquisition of a UAE based records management company.
• Assisted a US biotechnology company on the UAE aspects of its acquisition of a global biopharmaceutical company.
• Assisted a global travel management company with the proposed acquisition of 100% of a UAE headquartered travel management company and its subsidiaries.
• Assisting a leading towage and maritime service provider in a cross-border transaction involving the acquisition of a group of companies including a Dubai based entity.
• Advised a US venture capital fund in relation to the promotion and offering of foreign investment funds in the UAE.
