I am a lawyer in our Intellectual Property department at the Milan office, mainly dealing with patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, and assisting our clients in national and cross-border litigations.
Since the very first day, I have assisted international and Italian clients, helping them develop their ideas and strategies, as well as defending them in numerous litigations.
Over the years, I gained significant experience in patent protection in several sectors (including information technology, telecommunications, life science, media and entertainment), mainly in contentious matters related to patent infringement and invalidity.
I am also involved in the legal protection of video games, in the implementation of online anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy campaigns, and in combating counterfeiting through customs surveillance.
I closely work with colleagues from foreign offices to deal with and resolve issues, including cross-border ones.
I have a strong passion for new technologies and the gaming sector, which I cultivate with constant learning. A passion that guides me in the daily assistance to our clients.
I graduated with honors in law from the University of Trento and, among other things, attended numerous courses at WIPO and EUIPO.
I wrote several articles on intellectual property on Bird & Bird's BrandWrites and PatentHub blogs.
