Anna Hjortlund

I am an associate in our Danish Tech & Comms team, where I advise national and international clients on IT and telecommunications law.

In my role, I handle a wide range of matters, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance, IT contracts, dispute resolution, and litigation.

Lately, my work has centered on regulatory security and compliance, including advising on NIS 2, CER, CRA, DORA, and other sector-specific regulations. I assist clients with conducting applicability assessments, developing strategic implementation plans at both national and international levels, and ensuring contractual compliance with security standards.

Through this work, I've gained significant insight into regulated sectors, especially the telecommunications industry, where I advise on regulatory issues, network security, and engagement with authorities.

Additionally, I have experience advising on data protection and information security.
