Anne-Sophie Lampe

I am a partner based in our Paris office, with over 15 years' experience in the technology sector. I specialise in IT and Internet litigation, including in copyright law as applied to technologies, and represent both tech companies and end-user clients.

I am passionate about the technology sector because of its relentless innovation. In addition to my practice in IT litigation, I have developed expertise in key market dynamics, including the ongoing digital transformation of companies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and specifically the challenges related to generative AI.

Additionally, I have expertise in the sector's regulations, particularly those governing platforms, as well as the associated liability and compliance challenges.


I am passionate about understanding our clients' businesses to better serve them.

I love to impart information, so I teach in two different Masters 2, dedicated to Digital creation law, as well as organising training for Numeum (formerly Syntec Numérique, a union of IT service providers) and writing articles.

• Representing a US SaaS software publisher in summary expert assessment proceedings initiated by one of its clients alleging a €32M loss and assisting them in the expertise proceedings ordered.
• Defending a UK software publisher operating in the publishing industry before an arbitration court (ICC arbitration in Geneva), against its client, a publishing company, who claimed €18M in damages due to the alleged failure of the integration project carried out by the publisher.
• Assisting one of the leading international IT service providers with respect to a pre-litigation case related to a major outsourcing project with one of its clients. The outsourcing deal was a 10-year contract and was supposed to generate approximately €1 billion in revenues for our client.
• Assisting a leading company in the defence industry in connection with a dispute over a key outsourcing project that was renegotiated during a mediation proceeding.
• Representing before French courts a German software provider in the media sector whose contract had been wrongfully terminated by its French client right after its execution because of a reorganisation at client level.
