I am an associate in Bird & Bird's International Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution Group, based in Dublin. I specialise in contentious intellectual property and complex commercial disputes, advising clients across a range of sectors on brand protection, product regulation, and regulatory compliance matters.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked with a market-leading technology and data law team, where I gained valuable experience advising leading global and domestic technology companies on regulatory and compliance matters. During this time, I frequently advised clients on their responsibilities under the Digital Services Act and complex data protection issues arising under the GDPR. I also provided guidance on the regulatory implications of innovative technologies and emerging products, helping clients navigate the roll-out of new market offerings.
