I have built a tech-related, commercially focused practice working on a broad variety of tech-related contracts, supporting clients across multiple industry sectors, including clients operating in highly regulated industries.

I am a Senior Associate in our Commercial Group, based in London. I am enthusiastic and motivated by understanding my clients' businesses so that I can provide tailored legal advice which truly addresses their needs.

In particular, my day to day includes reviewing and negotiating contracts ranging from product supply, services and framework agreements, software licensing, development, hosting and support contracts and large outsourcings, and engaging with clients' in-house legal, commercial, financial and technical leads in doing so.

I have worked on a number of large-scale, high value commercial projects, typically with a technology element. I am skilled in managing the multiple workstreams often involved in major projects.

I also have a particular interest in cybersecurity and the space and satellite industry.

• Acting for Allwyn in its transition to become the new National Lottery operator by providing support on a number of different contracts impacted by the transition;
• Advising the Bank of England on the procurement of its Real-Time Gross Settlement System.
• Acting for a major insurance and investment management group on the material outsourcing of various policy administration services.
• Negotiating a high value Software Subscription Agreement between a large financial services company and a big player in the cloud computing industry.
• Advising a large UK retailer on a £15 million agreement with a technology and outsourcing provider. I have worked closely with this client's in-house legal, commercial, financial and technical leads, supporting the drafting and negotiation of the agreement over a period of six months.
