Aurélien Attali

I am a lawyer in the Fintech department in Paris and mainly assist players in the banking and financial sector with the regulatory aspects of their activities.

I advise our French and international clients in the banking and financial sectors on all their activities, and in particular their projects involving new technologies and innovative services. I advise both traditional players in the sector - banks, financial institutions, French IOBSPs, funds and major international groups - and new disruptive players - Fintech, Regtech and Insurtech.

Over the last few years, I have had the opportunity to work in particular for the New York office of a leading French banking group, and to gain an understanding of the issues involved in coordinating the various regulatory requirements in the context of cross-border activities.
My experience as a lawyer has also enabled me to gain a better understanding of the expectations of the various authorities in order to assist players in the banking and financial ecosystem on numerous issues relating to the granting of authorisations, governance, prudential aspects and the distribution of financial products, in compliance with European regulations (CRDV, Solvency II, IDD, PSD2, AMLD, MiFID, etc.).
