About Me

As an associate in our HR Services Group in Paris, I advise, assist and support clients in all their labour and employment law issues.

I assist the firm's French and international clients in all labour law issues they may encounter on a daily basis. I work on both individual employment law aspects (drafting employment contracts and amendments, secondment or mobility issues, monitoring procedures of termination or redundancy), as well as collective aspects (professional elections, information-consultation of employee representatives, collective bargaining, restructuring), with a constant concern to provide practical and pragmatic solutions that meet the company's actual needs. I also work on social protection, profit-sharing and company savings plans. Furthermore, I assist clients in litigation and pre-litigation proceedings in all matters relating to labour law.

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2018, I acquired practical experience in French and English law firms, both in labour law and social protection. I also worked in IBM France's legal department, and was thus introduced with the daily realities and social issues of a multinational company.
