I am a legal executive in the Dispute Resolution team in Hong Kong, where I have extensive expertise handling a variety of civil litigation matters.
I have been working in law for over 30 years and my experience on related matters in dispute resolution spans over 25 years. I specialise in civil litigation matters including handling contentious matters in Hong Kong and conducting relevant searches.
I have worked on matters involving landlord and tenant, insolvency, debt collection and mortgagee's claims, etc. I have been working extensively on providing draft court documents, filing and serving court documents, reviewing court documents before filing with the court and giving comments in relation to the format of the relevant document, if necessary, checking the relevant rules, ordinance and proactive directions to be complied with. In addition, I also work on the maintenance of trade mark registrations for clients. I work on the assignment and licensing of trade marks. In relation to contentious trade mark matters such as opposition, invalidation and revocation proceedings, I have been involved in drafting and preparing documents, and reviewing and advising on the submission of evidence. I also support the work of our group on conducting online searches on government's websites (i.e., winding up, bankruptcy, land register record, business registration and company searches.
