Dr. Artur-Konrad Wypych

As a Partner in our International HR Services practice group in Düsseldorf, I advise our domestic and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law and social security law.

My practice also focuses on collective bargaining law, employee participation and co-determination, as well as national and international M&A transactions and restructuring. In addition, I advise management board members, managing directors and supervisory board members on the conclusion, extension and termination of the respective service contracts.

Before joining our team in 2018, I worked as a labour law attorney in the Düsseldorf office of an international law firm.
