I am a senior associate in our Corporate Group, based in Milan.

My expertise area are in and out of court disputes on behalf of banks and firms operating in the financial sector. I deal with credit protection and all the debt recovery activities, as securities and real estate executions.
I provide judicial and extrajudicial assistance on bankruptcy and civil law issues and of the telecom sector, also for private customers.
I have developed expertise in contracts, obligations and civil and non-contractual liability.
I Have a specific experience both in legal advice and litigation in the above mentioned sectors, with a particular attention to medical liability.
