I am a junior associate in Bird & Bird's International HR Services department in the Madrid office.

I am a labour lawyer and a member of the Madrid Bar Association, specialising in employment law advice and litigation.

I have experience in collective bargaining, restructuring processes, M&A employment aspects, contracts and dismissals, equality and diversity matters. Additionally, I support throughout both the pre-litigation and litigation stages of proceedings before Spanish courts. Overall, I assist companies in their day-to-day employment matters.

I focus on international clients, aiming to bring them closer to our jurisdiction by offering a clear and accessible view of how Spanish employment law works in practice.

I began my career in employment law as a trainee at an international law firm and I was immediately fascinated by the variety and challenges this area offers. Its constant evolution, its necessary adaptation to social, economic, and political realities and the complex human implications inspired me to specialise in employment law.
