As Counsel in our international Commercial and Dispute Resolution Practice Groups, and a member of our Automotive and Aviation Sector Groups, I help our clients to acquire and defend the technology and commercial rights that are fundamental to their business.

I advise French and international companies on commercial agreements, focusing on technology transfers, particularly in the fields of aerospace, automotive, electronics and medical devices.

With substantial experience in purchase and supply agency, distribution, OEM design and manufacturing agreements, and JV agreements including industrial supply consortiums and joint research projects, I also advise equipment manufacturers and distributors on technology license agreements and industrial cooperation agreements.

In the context of contract claims, we assist clients in resolving commercial disputes through amicable settlement, judicial procedures and arbitration. I have acted as lead counsel or co-counsel on behalf of French and international corporations in numerous arbitration procedures, institutional and ad-hoc, including ICC, AAA, and UNCITRAL.

In 2017 and 2018, I was awarded an Acritas Star - an independent and global lawyer ranking system of the best lawyers in the world, according to clients. I joined the team at Bird & Bird in 2008, having practiced as associate and partner at an independent law firm in commercial and competition law over 12 years.

• Designing, drafting and advising on turn-key supply chain frame and work package agreements for civil aviation, both from perspective of tier 1 supplier and aircraft manufacture
• Advising and representing in supplier-OEM disputes and in supply chain interruption situations (automotive industry)
• Designing and implementing innovative commercial partnership agreements on behalf of a leading transporter association in recently deregulated French passenger bus market
