I am a senior associate in the firm's Sydney-based International HR Services Group, where I advise clients on the full spectrum of employment and industrial law issues.

I am part of the firm's International HR Services Group, where I work with clients across the globe to achieve practical and commercially sustainable results in matters concerning all areas of employment and industrial law.

I advise clients on various employment-related issues, including employment contracts and policies, employee performance management, the interpretation of industrial instruments, and workplace investigations. I also work closely with our Sydney M&A team to provide support on the employment-related aspects of corporate transactions.

I also often act in proceedings involving claims of unfair dismissal, adverse action, discrimination, breach of contract and restraint of trade.

More generally, I get great fulfilment from working on a pro bono basis with clients in the not-for-profit sector, driving positive outcomes that deliver real benefits to our local community.
