As a partner in our Stockholm office and head of our Swedish Dispute Resolution Group, I have extensive experience of contentious and non-contentious IP matters as well as commercial work in sectors including technology, life sciences and media.

I have represented major pharmaceutical/biotech and tech companies in patent disputes as well as major publishers in print, music and digital media. My technical and commercial work has involved complex international joint ventures and outsourcing projects in engineering, IT and the music industry and multi-party research projects.

With 20 years' experience representing clients in intellectual property and dispute resolution, I advise our clients regularly in court proceedings as well as in national and international arbitration. My litigation experience covers a broad range of commercial disputes such as transaction guarantee claims, international licensing and trade secrets, and within the field of intellectual property, patent, copyright and trade mark cases as well as market law cases.
