Harry Ferguson

I am an associate in our UK Employment team and part of Bird & Bird's wider International Employment Group, advising on a broad range of employment matters.

My work spans across a full range of employment law matters, supporting clients through Employment Tribunal litigation, multi-jurisdictional projects and advising on day-to-day HR matters.

I enjoy working with clients operating across multiple countries and using Bird & Bird's international network to help them to achieve their goals. My background in French and Spanish languages makes me well placed to assist on these types of international client projects.

I have a particular interest in working with clients across the sports, media and entertainment sector and have experience advising clients in these industries on contentious matters, policy drafting and the preparation of ad hoc agreements and advice notes.
