Henry Everett

I am an associate in our international Corporate Group in London. I have experience in a range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate advisory.

I work with a variety of clients, at different stages of the corporate life cycle, in a number of sectors including energy & utilities, infrastructure and technology & communications. A large proportion of the transactions I advise on are cross-border in nature.

I joined Bird & Bird in February 2023 having qualified as a solicitor at another international law firm in September 2021.
