I am an associate in our International Intellectual Property team in Dublin, where I specialise in IP and technology matters. I advise clients across the full spectrum of intellectual property and emerging technology, with particular expertise in artificial intelligence, brand strategy and regulatory developments.

I have extensive experience handling complex, high-value IP disputes, advising on AI deployment and compliance frameworks, and guiding clients through sophisticated brand enforcement and protection strategies. I support clients across diverse sectors including media and telecommunications, life sciences, financial services, retail and technology, helping them safeguard their innovations, manage risk and navigate rapidly evolving legal and regulatory landscapes.

Alongside my role as a solicitor, I am a registered trade mark agent with rights of audience before the Intellectual Property Office of Ireland and the European Union Intellectual Property Office, allowing me to represent clients directly in trade mark matters.

• • Advised a global pharmaceutical company on prohibited and high risk AI systems under the EU AI Act and UK AI regulatory framework.
• • Advised a leading pharmaceutical company on infringement and invalidity proceedings relating to a blockbuster drug before the Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal, and assisted with the appeal of a preliminary injunction to the Supreme Court.
• • Lead associate in a multi party mediation and ongoing proceedings involving complex competition law claims before the Irish High Court.
• • Lead associate advising a global software company on a complex data subject access request involving a German employee.
• • Part of a cross border team advising the buyers on the Irish aspects of a multi-billion euro landmark acquisition of a luxury department store group.
