Jessica Laverty

I am a dispute resolution and investigations lawyer based in Sydney. I specialise in commercial litigation with a focus on telecommunication and technology disputes.

I have particular experience in providing practical advice and guidance in relation to complex technology project disputes (both mid-project and following completion or termination). This experience includes preparing and responding to court applications and arbitral proceedings. I have also assisted major technology and telecommunication companies in pre-litigation dispute resolution, including escalation, negotiation and settlement processes and procedures.

More recently, I have worked with clients to respond to regulatory notices (including from the ASIC, ACCC and NACC) and to prepare client witnesses to appear before and give evidence to Australian parliamentary inquiries.
