Jessica Laverty

I am a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution Group in Sydney. My practice focuses on assisting clients to resolve commercial disputes, particularly for those clients in the technology sector.

I have experience in complex IT&T disputes, including in relation to software issues, delivery and implementation projects and cloud based technologies. I have acted for leading IT system integrators and technology companies that specialise in consulting, IT and outsourcing services. I have also acted for global telecommunications providers in disputes with customers and suppliers.

I regularly advise clients on all aspects of dispute resolution and have experience in relation to internal and regulatory investigations.

My work to-date, including spending time on a client secondment as part of the in-house legal team, has allowed me to gain an in-depth understanding of our clients' businesses and how to secure the best outcome for those clients.
