As an associate in our commercial and corporate teams in Düsseldorf, as well as a member of our German China Desk, I advise international companies on their business in Germany, particularly in M&A transactions, company formation and international distribution.

Advising our Chinese and international clients on all aspects of commercial and corporate law, I offer support with M&A transactions, company formations, the drafting, negotiation and conclusion of project contracts, as well as advising on the development of international distribution and commercial structures. I also advise our Chinese clients on various other legal topics.

I completed my studies in China and Germany. During my legal traineeship in Mannheim and Düsseldorf, I was a legal assistant at an international law firm in Berlin. I have since been admitted to practice as an attorney in Germany.

• Advising Fuyao Glass Group Industries, one of the leading suppliers in the field of automotive glazing, on the acquisition of the German automotive supplier SAM.
• Advising the consortium led by Hybio Pharmaceutical and YF Capital on the acquisition of the German special pharmaceutics company AMW GmbH and ist subsidiary Endomedica GmbH.
• Advising the authorised importer of a leading American automotive manufacturer on the roll-out of their dealership agreement in Germany.
• Advising on a German nuclear power plant construction project in China.
• Advising numerous Chinese companies on their Germany market entry.
