I am an associate in our Dispute Resolution group in Singapore. My practice covers a broad range of local and cross-border commercial disputes in litigation and arbitration.

I deal with a wide variety of complex commercial conflicts brought before the Singapore courts and international arbitral tribunals. These disputes involve local, foreign and multinational companies, and span a range of sectors including technology, media and telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and construction.

I am focused on the strategic use of dispute resolution processes to provide commercially sensible solutions that are tailored to my clients' needs. I am also a strong proponent of alternative dispute resolution processes, such as mediation, to achieve effective outcomes for my clients.

• Assisted the team in successfully obtaining a post-judgment freezing order from the General Division of the Singapore High Court in a commercial dispute.
• Assisted the team in advising a major tech company on the 2024 amendments to the Cybersecurity Act 2018.
