Julie Ryttov

I am a senior associate in our international Tech & Comms team where I advise on most aspects of the IT/tech legal area, including contract drafting, contract management and dispute resolution and regulatory compliance.

I have 12+ years of experience within the IT/Tech legal field and a passion for providing sharp and value adding legal advice rooted in a strong theoretical skillset.

I am currently advising on complex technology and outsourcing projects including drafting and negotiations of IT procurement agreements, licensing (SaaS/PaaS etc.), LOI's, OEM's and similar distribution agreements and agreements on outsourcing of IT infrastructure and applications. I also have a strong focus on the subsequent contract management and dispute resolution, including settlement negotiations, meditations, and court- and arbitration cases. Furthermore, I advise on the entire IT regulatory framework such as DORA, NIS2, and AI regulation.

Additionally, I am a member of the board of directors at the Association of Danish IT Attorneys.
