I am a Senior Data Protection Advisor and qualified French lawyer, specialising in Data Protection, Privacy, Cybersecurity and AI, based in Morocco. Focused on providing tailored and sustainable solutions at the intersection of data protection, AI, and cybersecurity for clients operating in Morocco, Africa, and globally.

Leading the development of our practice across the African continent, I assist Moroccan, French and international companies on issues related to personal data protection, privacy, AI and cybersecurity, including ensuring compliance with the EU and Moroccan Regulations.

My practice covers a wide range of matters, including advising on the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions, drafting and negotiating data processing agreements, conducting data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), and managing data breach incidents.

I represent clients before the competent courts and supervisory authorities, such as the CNIL (France) and the CNDP (Morocco).

As an external Data Protection Officer (DPO) for several companies across various sectors, including telecommunications and e-commerce, I have gained practical, hands-on experience in data governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

I also conduct training sessions, university and business school classes, and I regularly contribute to specialised legal publications.

I have developed extensive experience in data protection, IT, and international business law at international law firms and intellectual property consultancy firms in Paris, Casablanca, Monaco, and New York. I subsequently established my own law firm before joining Bird & Bird in 2025.
