About Me
I am an associate in our Corporate/M&A team, based in Frankfurt and Munich and advise national and international clients on all aspects of corporate law and transaction-related matters.
I focus on domestic and international M&A transactions in the life sciences & healthcare and technology & communications sectors, the restructuring and reorganisation of companies and general corporate secretarial advice. Our clients include European and US startups as well as established players, who I support in various corporate matters to successfully grow their businesses in the fields of energy & utilities, life sciences & healthcare and technology & communications.I have gained comprehensive work experience on Corporate and M&A matters as research assistant during my studies and as a legal trainee working for a major international as well as an established German law firm in Frankfurt.

- Advised The Motley Fool on the sale of their German subsidiary in a management buyout.
- Advised Ascend and Gene Cell Therapies Ltd. on the acquisition of a German therapeutics research and development manufacturer.
- Advised Group14 Technologies, the leading global manufacturer and supplier of advanced silicon battery technology, on the acquisition of Schmid Silicon Technology Holding GmbH (Schmid Silicon).
