Kimberly Tan

I am an associate in our International Corporate Group in London and work with clients on both cross-border and UK-based corporate transactions, including M&A, venture capital, and corporate reorganisations.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird in October 2023, I trained as a solicitor and qualified into the Corporate legal practice of a Big 4 firm. During this time, I advised a wide range of clients on various matters, including complex cross-border reorganisations which involved close collaboration with overseas counsel and specialists.

I now work with clients across a number of Bird & Bird's key sectors, including Technology & Communications, Energy & Utilities, and Retail & Consumer.
