I am an experienced technology and communications lawyer supporting our clients' contracting needs in the digital infrastructure space.

I work closely with our clients to implement complex, strategic and transformational IT and communications projects.

I collaborate with clients across a broad range of sectors, including media, retail, technology and telecommunications. The common thread between them is that they are navigating the impact of, and looking to capitalise on the opportunities presented by, the digital world.

My experience includes:

• In the communications sphere - wholesale services agreements, capacity arrangements (such as ethernet services, dark fibre, network peering and IP transit), managed capacity services, colocation services and maintenance services.
• In the IT space - SaaS (and other cloud-based technologies), outsourcing arrangements and managed IT services, technology framework agreements, technology separation and integration and collaboration agreements.

I pride myself on being straightforward and pragmatic in my approach and I enjoy working closely with our clients' wider project teams (commercial, legal, operational and tech) to ensure that I advise holistically. I understand the need to advise beyond core contracting arrangements and regularly provide guidance on related topics such as project structuring, implementation planning and service and exit assurance.

An active member of the firm's technology and communications sector group, I participate in industry events and provide insights on emerging and disruptive technologies.
