Laura Gray

I am an associate in our Intellectual Property Group based in London. My practice encompasses a number of sectors, including Media, Entertainment and Sport, Retail and Consumer, and Technology and Communications.

I have experience across a broad range of intellectual property rights, with a particular focus on soft IP.

My work includes complex copyright and trade mark litigation, international enforcement projects, and non-contentious IP issues in corporate and commercial contexts. I have worked on litigation in the High Court and Court of Appeal, including a high-profile case concerning copyright ownership of the Bitcoin White Paper.

I have contributed to the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA) Journal, the International Comparative Legal Guide, and MediaWrites, the firm's MES news hub.

I am also Co-Chair of the firm's employee-led Environment Committee, and I'm passionate about sustainability both within and outside of the workplace.
