I am an associate in Bird & Bird's Dispute Resolution Group in the Paris office, specialising in International Arbitration.
I advise French and international clients across a wide range of sectors on international arbitration matters, assisting them throughout both the pre-contentious and contentious phases of proceedings. My experience includes complex commercial and investment arbitrations conducted under the rules of leading arbitral institutions, notably in post-acquisition disputes, distribution disputes, breach of distribution agreement, contractual liability claims and disputes involving the misappropriation of trade secrets and intellectual property. I also regularly act in matters in the energy, pharmaceutical and logistics sectors.
I develop tailored dispute resolution strategies aligned with each client's commercial objectives. I have particular experience handling complex jurisdictional issues, bifurcated proceedings and emergency arbitration. This expertise is reinforced by Bird & Bird's collaborative model, which enables close coordination with teams focused on specific sectors.
Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked with leading French and international law firms specialising in international arbitration, where I developed extensive experience in both commercial and investment arbitration. I also served as Deputy Counsel at the Secretariat of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC, where I was responsible for the administration of approximately 250 arbitration cases. This role provided me with in-depth, practical insight into the procedural conduct and strategic dynamics of arbitral proceedings from an institutional perspective. In addition, I gained experience at the Paris Court of Appeal, working as a clerk on proceedings relating to the annulment and enforcement of arbitral awards.
I am qualified to the Paris Bar and I am fluent in French and English.
