I advise on all issues arising in connection with the establishment, content and termination of employment and service relationships. This includes, in particular, drafting employment and managing director service agreements, complex compensation agreements as well as mutually agreed termination agreements. I also draft works agreements and service agreements (with an emphasis on IT-specific topics).
I also regularly advise and negotiate in connection with planning and implementing restructuring measures and corporate transactions (share and asset deals).
Our clients come from various industries and are located all over the world. In addition to advising German employers in the above-mentioned areas of employment law, I provide detailed and clear advice to English-speaking employers on all aspects of German employment law.
I am particularly experienced in successfully conducting out-of-court and in-court litigation with a focus on employment law. In recent years, I have represented clients in litigation, especially before labor and state labor courts in various German states.
