About Me

I am a member of the public business law practice group at our Munich office and advise comprehensively on regulatory and procurement law issues. I specialise in advising clients from the transport and information technology sector, where I assist both private companies and the public sector.

My main area of expertise in the transport and information technology sector is the structuring and conducting of complex national and European procurement procedures. This includes, among other things, the design and implementation of multi-layered negotiation procedures for the procurement of information technology services and goods, as well as procedures for the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Through my extensive experience in all phases of the procurement process, I provide practical solutions for public contracting authorities and private companies. I support them in the efficient execution of procurement procedures, integrating innovative and future-oriented solutions into procurement processes.

My particular interest is in (generative) artificial intelligence in public procurement. Here I support public contracting authorities as well as private companies in the development and application of legally compliant AI solutions in procurement procedures.
