I am a senior associate in our international Corporate Group in London, specialising in cross-border private M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.

I have extensive experience advising domestic and international corporate enterprises on high-profile corporate and M&A transactions. These transactions typically involve strategic investments, divestments and reorganisations across various sectors including, healthcare and life sciences, technology, media and entertainment and telecommunications.
Having worked in both London and Johannesburg, I have experience advising on a diverse range of complex cross-border issues across Europe, the US and Africa. Working across multiple jurisdictions has provided me with a unique perspective on different businesses and legal frameworks that drive the commercial aspects of transactions.
