I am a senior associate in our Real Estate team.

I have advising clients since 2006 and specialise in real estate transactions and M&A transactions. I have advised on real estate acquisition transactions as investment in the agricultural and food, industrial and logistic sectors, and have experience in preparing and negotiating commercial property leases. I have participated in over a dozen corporate and real estate due diligence audits.

I advised both industry and finance investors at all stages of transactions, starting from designing the structure to closing.

I have extensive experience in financing transactions with credit facilities. I prepared and negotiated credit facility agreements and accompanying security documentation. I participated in numerous negotiations involving lease of commercial properties, representing both lessors and lessees.

Before joining Bird & Bird I gained my experience working in several Polish and international law firms.
