I am a senior associate in Bird & Bird's Commercial Group in Milan, where I have built a reputation for advising clients on both commercial contracts and litigation.

I began my legal career as a litigator and have developed a considerable expertise across a whole range of disputes, assisting clients in domestic and international civil and commercial litigation, and arbitration.

Over the years, I've built up a significant expertise in advising leading domestic and international companies on general civil and commercial law issues and contracts.

The combination of contentious and non-contentious expertise enables me to offer a deep level of experience with a relevant perspective in identifying, managing and solving issues in commercial and civil law, focusing on strategy and negotiation skills.

• I specialise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating distribution, sale and supply-sub-supply agreements, addressing the related critical issues (including abuse of economic dependence of the right and consumer rights), lease agreements, outsourcing contracts and service agreements.
• I also have extensive expertise in dealing with and advising clients on shipment agreements, advertising agency agreements, trade marks licences and transfer agreements, patents licence agreements and know-how licence agreements.
