Based in our Frankfurt Office, I legally advise clients on all aspects of data protection and IT law as an associate in our Commercial and Data Protection practice groups and our Technology and Communications sector group.
I specialize in data protection and IT law, providing legal advice to clients with a focus on data-driven business models from a wide range of different sectors. My expertise particularly includes advice on the extensive regulatory regimes governing the use of data and innovative technologies - such as the GDPR, the AI Act, and the Data Act. In data protection disputes, I frequently represent clients before state courts. Additionally, I have an extensive expertise in cybersecurity law and regularly advise clients on the NIS-2 Directive and its implications for organizations across the EU.Capabilities
