I am an associate in our Commercial and Data Protection groups, advising on commercial and regulatory matters in the technology and communications sector.
My practice focuses on helping clients navigate the complex landscape of digital regulation, including communications regulation, cybersecurity, interception law, online content, ePrivacy and data protection.
I work extensively with digital, telecoms and media clients on international projects involving new and innovative technologies. My work in cybersecurity is complemented by my role as a member of the Cybersecurity Committee at the Society for Computers and Law.
My background allows me to deliver practical, commercially-focused advice. I have valuable in-house perspective through secondments to a major video games publisher and prize draw provider, which taught me to understand client pressures and business priorities from the inside.
Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked in public affairs in Brussels and London, advising tech clients on EU/UK politics and regulation. This experience allows me to see regulatory trends and understand the political and international context behind legal developments.
