Sabrina Lodder

I am an associate in our Intellectual Property Group in The Hague, where I specialise in trademark and cross-border patent disputes.

Within our Intellectual Property Group, I work with a variety of clients, representing and advising them on a wide range of IP-related matters. I enjoy working together with my colleagues from other Bird & Bird offices. By sharing our knowledge, we can give our clients the best possible advice across jurisdictions.

Previous employments have given me valuable insights into the markets in which our clients operate, such as the retail and consumer sectors. I soon realised that a practical approach to a problem, while taking into account relevant legal issues, is often the best solution.

I have also contributed to several international knowledge projects to keep our clients abreast of the latest developments in trademark and design law.

In addition, I am one of the initiators of the cooperation between Bird & Bird Netherlands and the clearinghouse Pro Bono Connect.
