About Me
As Special Counsel in our Corporate Group in Sydney, my extensive corporate expertise gained in Australia and Singapore provides a unique combination of skills ideally suited to our Asia Pacific practice.
I have practised in Singapore where I acted as Foreign Legal Adviser at one of Singapore's leading firms, focusing on equity capital markets transactions on the SGX, and was then General Counsel for an SGX-listed REIT.Since returning from Singapore, I have continued to practise corporate law including acting as a lead adviser on equity capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions and providing extensive corporate governance and regulatory advice to listed and unlisted corporations based in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the US and UK.
I head the corporate housekeeping practice in Australia.
My varied experience in practice, in-house and in Asia have given me insight across a broad range of areas of law and commercial practice in the Asia Pacific region.
