Bird & Bird has advised Move Repeat, a collective of specialist boutique fitness lifestyle brands, on its strategic acquisition and subscription of shares in REVL Holdings Pty Ltd. REVL, an Australia-based strength and conditioning programme, integrates equipment like rowers, air bikes, Ski-Ergs, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls and rigs for a comprehensive fitness experience.
This investment structured as a partnership with REVL’s co-founders, will fuel REVL’s ambitious expansion into Southeast Asia, New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
Bird & Bird’s cross-border legal expertise was pivotal in this transaction, with collaboration between its Singapore and Australia offices.
