Sara Calamitosi

I am a senior associate in Bird & Bird's Milan office, having worked for the firm since 2019 and I have expertise in both domestic and multi-national M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital deals.

I assist clients in both domestic and multi-national operations in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, sales and distribution contracts, corporate governance, general business planning, entity formation and maintenance, and other corporate matters. I have practiced in the USA and Italy, in the areas of international corporate law. My experience also includes advising Italian companies in the establishment of operations in the United States.
