Simran Sidhu

I am an associate in our London-based Intellectual Property Group, working across a broad spectrum of intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on patent litigation.

I support multi-jurisdictional patent litigation and arbitrations relating to licensing disputes between market leaders in the TMT sector. I also enjoy working on high-profile pharmaceutical patent litigation, as well as protecting trademarks and copyright.

I have worked with clients spanning a multitude of industries, from FTSE 100 companies to small scale start-ups, so I understand how to tailor advice to a client's particular circumstances and goals.

I also contribute to publications such as the World Trademark Review.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird in August 2023, I trained at a 'Magic Circle' firm.
