I am a partner in the Corporate Group based in Dubai, where I lead M&A transactions and deliver sophisticated employment law advice to clients.

With over 16 years of experience since qualifying in 2009, I serve as trusted adviser to multinational corporations, private equity funds, family offices and leading global and regional corporates headquartered in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. I have advised clients across diverse sectors throughout the UAE and GCC, with particular focus in life sciences and healthcare, technology, media and telecommunications, and retail and consumer. I co-chair the firm's Women-in-Tech initiative for the Middle East.

My corporate practice encompasses complex regional and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, spin-offs, corporate restructurings, IPOs, business establishment and sophisticated regulatory matters. I have successfully led multiple high-profile, market-defining transactions, guiding clients through intricate deal structures across the Middle East.

My employment law practice is distinguished by its strategic, business-focused approach. I advise extensively on employment matters affecting UAE companies, from day-to-day HR challenges to complex multi-jurisdictional projects including sensitive, contentious and investigation matters, employment integration strategies for corporate transactions, and employee mobility including secondments into the UAE.

I regularly speak on M&A transactions, employment and doing business in the UAE. My insights are regularly featured in leading publications and industry forums in the life sciences and healthcare sector for the UAE and KSA. I am an active member of the firm's India Steering Group and I advise several Indian companies, financial institutions and high net worth individuals on cross-border transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, disposals and investments in the UAE.
