About Me
As an associate, I am part of Bird & Bird's tax law practice based in the Frankfurt office. I advise national and international clients on German and international tax law.
I started my career at the German Tax Authorities. As part of the education programme there, I studied business and tax law at the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration and Finance in Ludwigsburg. After successfully completing my Bachelor of Laws, I worked for several years for the German Tax Authorities alongside my law studies.I was able to deepen my knowledge base during my law studies and my legal clerkship by specialising in tax law.
The focus of my advisory services are German and international corporate tax law in the context of M&A transactions, reorganisations and employee shareholdings. I also support clients in the context of tax audits and tax court proceedings.
