Bird & Bird advises BRIDOR on its acquisition of the PANDRIKS Group

International law firm Bird & Bird advises BRIDOR, the partner to the world's leading hotel and restaurant professionals operating in more than 100 countries and a subsidiary of French company Groupe LE DUFF in relation to the acquisition of PANDRIKS, a company that makes organic and artisanal inspired bakery products.

With this major acquisition, BRIDOR continues its strong global growth and emphasises LE DUFF Group's commitment to accelerate its growth in the bakery sector.

PANDRIKS, founded in the Netherlands in 2012, operates two production facilities in Meppel (Netherlands) and Fulda (Germany) and generated sales of 150 million euros in 2023. Driven by the same values as BRIDOR, PANDRIKS stands out in its market with similar strengths: quality and innovation.

Together, the two companies will strengthen the Le Duff’s foothold in North West Europe and bring on board a talented team of professionals who share a common vision of learning and passing on know-how.

Bird & Bird advised Groupe LE DUFF in the transaction, with a French, Dutch and German cross-border team led from France by partner Carole Bodin and associates Sofia El Biyed and Ahmed Khlif with the support of partner Thomas Oster on the competition aspects of the transaction.
