CIS region

We have assisted our clients in their dealings across the CIS (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan), Georgia and Ukraine for over two decades.

Although much of such work has been focused on supporting inward finance and investment driven by developmental goals (such as transition to a market economy, environmental benefits, good governance, energy efficiency and 'green' goals), our work extends to assisting international clients working in the region on the issues they may face.

Our work has been facilitated by strong relationships with a number of well-regarded independent local firms across the region.

For more information, please contact Andrew Hallgarth or Anna Shashina, both based in London.
