Helsinki-Vantaa airport is situated 20 km from the city centre and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the office by taxi. Alternatively, you can take local trains I or P to the city center. The train ride to Helsinki Railway Station takes approximately 30 minutes and it is a 5 minutes’ walk to our office from there. Timetables, tickets and fares for local trains and can be found on HSL.fi.

By Road

When travelling by car you can park in the Erottaja car park, drive in from Yrjönkatu. It is located 300m from our office.

Our recent work includes representing: ● We acted as the buyer’s legal counsel on the acquisition by Oji Holdings Corporation of Walki Group from private equity firm One Equity Partners. Oji Holdings is a global industry leader and one of the largest pulp and paper companies worldwide. Walki is a leading player in packaging and advanced material conversion technologies with a turnover of more than 700 million euros (proforma) in 2022.

● We advised S-Bank on the acquisition of a significant part of Handelsbanken's Finnish operations. S-Bank Plc will acquire the Finnish private customer, asset management and investment services operations of Svenska Handelsbanken AB. The transaction is expected to be completed during second half of 2024. The transaction will be financed by debt financing from the market and by a subsequent share issue to the owners.

● We represented a Finnish private equity firm Juuri Partners in its investment to DAF Group, a Nordic company in charge of managing and developing the business of Subway-restaurants in Finland and Sweden. Through the investment, Juuri Partners becomes a significant minority shareholder in DAF Group accelerating Subway’s growth in Finland and Sweden.
