Status

The first draft amendment to the Polish Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means and Certain Other Acts, aimed at implementing the Digital Services Act (DSA), was published on 13 December 2024. A new government draft, which remains the official government proposal, was issued on 3 July 2025. A subsequent draft incorporating ministers and other authorities’ comments was published on 19 August 2025 and is currently under review by the Legal Committee (as of September 2025).
